How to enter the Promo?
Step 1: Find an available Experience or Event in Malaysia!
Step 2: Choose your Experience or Event and select the number of pax/guest.
Step 3: Enter the promo code that you are eligible for.
Step 4: Read the promo Terms and Conditions (also at the end of this page).
Step 5: Enter the first 6 digits of your RHB Credit/Debit Card for the BIN.
Step 6: Select Visa/Mastercard payment and pay with your RHB card to enjoy the promotion!
Terms & Conditions
1. RHB Bank Berhad (Registration No. 196501000373 (6171-M)) and RHB Islamic Bank Berhad (Registration No. 200501003283 (680329-V)) herein will be referred collectively as “RHB”, unless otherwise specified.
2. Enjoy 8% discount off from total bill with promo code “rhb8off” (New User) for their first booking of YouApp Experiences/ Events and 5% discount off from total bill with promo code “rhb5off” (Existing User) (“Promotion”).
3. A minimum spend of RM100 is required to use the promo codes. There is no maximum cap limit.
4. No refunds will be provided once the promo code is applied and the transaction is completed.
5. Promotion is valid from 15 November 2023 to 15 May 2024 only.
6. Promo codes are valid only for transactions made on the YouApp platform and are applicable exclusively to Malaysian users.
7. The payment must be made using RHB Credit Card/-i or RHB Debit Card/-i only (excluding Corporate MyDebit Card/-i). Users are required to enter the first 6 digits of their RHB card for the BIN.
8. Promotion is subject to Sales and Service Tax and / or any applicable taxes imposed from time to time.
9. Promotion is not exchangeable for cash or other items and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, privileges, promotions, discount schemes, loyalty programmes, discount cards or vouchers, unless otherwise stated.
10. RHB may add, change, modify or remove the Promotion structure, benefit and other features, including these Terms and Conditions, or to terminate the promotion at any time with sufficient prior notice given.
11. RHB gives no representation or warranty with respect to any goods or services provided by YouApp. In particular, RHB gives no warranty with respect to the quality of goods or services redeemed or their suitability for any purpose. For any dispute concerning the quality of goods or services received from YouApp, cardholders are encouraged to call YouApp at 012-916 0343 or RHB Customer Contact Centre at 03-9206 8118. If customers are not satisfied with the resolution given by RHB, please refer to Ombudsman for Financial Services (OFS) at 03-2272 2811.
