EULA

Macaroon Pte Ltd hereby grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the YouApp service in accordance with the terms of this EULA agreement.

You are permitted to use the YouApp service on devices that are compatible with the Service. You are responsible for ensuring your device meets the minimum requirements of the YouApp service.

You are not permitted to:

• Modify, adapt, or translate the Service, or create derivative works based upon the Service;
• Reproduce, copy, distribute, resell, or otherwise use the Service for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from Macaroon Pte Ltd;
• Allow any third party to access the Service on behalf of or for the benefit of any third party;
• Use the Service in any way that breaches any applicable local, national, or international law;
• Use the Service for any purpose that Macaroon Pte Ltd considers a breach of this EULA agreement.
  

2. Subscription Terms

Access to certain features and content of the YouApp service may require a subscription. By subscribing to the YouApp service, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees as set forth by Macaroon Pte Ltd. Subscription fees are subject to change at any time, but such changes will not affect active subscriptions.

3. Intellectual Property and Ownership

Macaroon Pte Ltd shall at all times retain ownership of the YouApp service and all intellectual property rights therein. The Service and its content, including any modifications, are and shall remain the property of Macaroon Pte Ltd.

4. Termination

This EULA agreement is effective from the date you first use the YouApp service and shall continue until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by ceasing to use the Service.

Macaroon Pte Ltd reserves the right to terminate your access to the YouApp service without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA agreement. Upon termination, you agree to stop all access and use of the Service.

5. Changes to This EULA or to The Product

YouApp reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to revise, update, change, modify, add to, supplement, or delete certain terms of this EULA for security, legal, best practice, or regulatory reasons. Such changes will be effective with or without prior notice to you. You can review the most current version of this EULA by clicking on the “EULA” link located on the Product or on youapp.ai. You are responsible for checking this EULA periodically for changes. If any future changes to this EULA are unacceptable to you or cause you to no longer agree or comply with this EULA, you may terminate this EULA in accordance with Section 4 and must immediately uninstall the Product and destroy all copies of the Product. Your continued use of the Product following any revision to this EULA constitutes your complete and irrevocable acceptance of any and all such changes.

YouApp may modify the Product for any reason or without any specific reason, at any time, and at its entire discretion, particularly for technical reasons such as updates, maintenance operations, and/or resets to improve and/or optimize the Product. You agree that the Product may install or download the modifications automatically. You also agree that YouApp may stop supporting previous versions of the Product upon availability of an updated version. YouApp channel partners and associated service providers shall have no obligation to furnish any maintenance or customer support with respect to the Product. YouApp also reserves the right to amend the User Code of Conduct set out in Section 5 of the Terms of Service to place limits on the use of the Product.
